Furever West reserves the right to refuse any panelist with a history of negative behavior, such as (but not limited to) scamming, abuse of Staff or Attendees, threats of violence or abuse, or general poor behavior, whether online or in person.

     Panel slots are 1 hour (60 minutes) long and start on the hour. Panelists may request longer timeslots if needed. All panels rated 18+ will be scheduled between 7 and 11 PM Friday, during which minors are not permitted within con spaces.

     All panels must follow the Convention Policies. If panelists violate the Convention policies during their panel, Furever West reserves the right to stop the panel, and if necessary, ask the panelist to leave.

     If you are a dealer and wish to host a panel, please add a note in your panel description so we can schedule your panel after the Dealer's Den closes!
